Overview

Configuration changes in ZIA go into a staging state until activated.

Class Methods

The following methods are supported by pyZscaler for config activation:

• activate()
• status()

Activating configuration

This section shows how to activate configuration changes using pyZscaler.

Prerequisites

There must be configuration changes that are staged and ready to be activated.

Example

    # Activate the config
    zia.config.activate()
    
    # Activate the config and print the status
    status = zia.config.activate()

Checking the configuration activation status

This section shows how to check the current configuration activation status.

The status can be in one of three states:

• ACTIVE
• PENDING
• INPROGRESS
